Studio 139 is owned and operated by Susanna and Jeremy Poeffel, a husband-and-wife team serving central Nebraska and beyond. Together with a trusted staff, we provide professional portrait, commercial, school, and sports photography for families, schools, and organizations throughout the region.

At the heart of Studio 139 is a shared belief: every person has value and deserves to be seen well. With nearly two decades of professional experience, we approach each session with intention—using professional lighting, clear posing guidance, and careful attention to detail to create polished, high-quality images. We understand that many clients feel unsure in front of the camera, and we take pride in guiding them through the process so they feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

The name Studio 139 is inspired by Psalm 139 and reflects our belief that each person is intentionally created and worthy of care. Our goal is for every client to leave our studio feeling more confident than when they arrived, with images that reflect the beauty and value we see in them.

Our studio is located on five peaceful acres near the Platte River in Columbus, Nebraska, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment where meaningful photography can happen.
